Deleted "Get help" section of a mod?! Heyulp!

During a particularly laggy spell, I was answering a question in the Get Help section of one of my mods. When I tried to post my reply and it finally reloaded, the whole get help section is... gone?! Is there a way to get it back? And how could that have happened, so I can avoid doing it again in the future?

That should have fixed it. I could not determine how it was set up for deletion.
