First of you need to download BnB you only need the meshes/_male (Animation files .kf) and meshes/_male/locomotion

I don't know about butts, but bouncing boobs I can confirm

Sounds like wrong section actually. BBB was shorthand for Bouncing Butts and Breasts from Oblivion, maybe relevant to Skyrim now too though. Either way, no sadly, no bouncing butts in New Vegas. Would be nice though.

No bouncing butt yet. But I notice my PC's butt wiggles when she runs. Not a bounce but a wiggle is just as good.

If you looked real hard then you would have noticed a bbb topic right under your own topic. Currently there is no full BBB mod yet it is still being worked on.
