So far managed to load the mesh, make changes, but now I'm trying to make it so it actually looks good, still trying to figure out the math. Currently got something that can probably do the blendshapes, but its a bit blocky, so need to smooth it out more. Also need to recalculate the normals.

 

CFP likely doesnt need a big update, maybe just a change to the custom clothing file so it allows the new asian clothing to be selected.

None of the CBO sliders are working in the barbershop now -- no butt, hip, weight, penis, boob etc sliders function, and I've got micro-penis poking through a figleaf. The height slider in the "body" tab also is wonky, only makes your toon's head bigger, but doesn't change height at all. Same thing happens in Ruler Designer. Not sure if it's a CBO issue (because meshes aren't updated) or if PDX managed to somehow make changing height impossible and changed all the DNA. Even the giant trait doesn't change height now, only gives your toon a giant head.

 

This is the same modlist I've been playing with for a monkey's age, minue mods that aren't updated yet, so it's mystifying. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's the PDX update 1.18 that broke majority of mods, as usual with any major updates, in any game ever.

 

Dev is already working on an update for the current ck3 version, as he stated in the previous page in this support topic.

 

Currently he is focusing on remaking the clothes meshes, because of the new cultures added, otherwise asian people will appear nude always.

 

Personally I downloaded the beta version he provided in a comment in the previous page and he made substantial improvements! The sex event window is now bigger and the models appear bigger, like a carnal court scene, but in a simple event window, which is awesome.

 

The people my character fucked so far had all different body, within a normal variation, big tits, small tits, skinny, busty etc so jt seems all in order in that point, but now that you mentioned I will make more tests with the barbershop slides.

@Martin56 please let me know if the body sliders are working in barbershop on your end with just the CBO Base and CBO Animations when you have a minute.

The sliders work fine for me in the ruler designer, and I have the new CBO base and animations installed. I've created 2 new characters with it so far, no issues on my end. However, I've not messed with the Barbershop sliders. They've never really worked that well for me even in previous versions.

 

I have no ideas what "PDX" is in this context. I know it's the Airport in Portland, OR lol. Someone care to say the name of the mod so I can check it out?

I think i got this sliders not working issue solved or at least maybe? . I created another character, and when you add the beautiful trait before editing any body sliders in ruler creator then the sliders barely work. they behave within a very limited range, they are pretty must pointless and many of the buttons don't even change anything. When I removed that trait I was able to freely use the slider and buttons as before. I'd never bothered to add a beauty trait before because I could always just add those later in game if I wanted, but the change in game is subtle if non-existent. This sorta reminds me of along time ago when the same thing occurred and changed the facial structure of your character dramatically in game of you added any of the beauty traits. It was so long ago I don't even know if this was caused by a mod I had or if it's a function of the vanilla game.

PDX is just Paradox.

I also have this issue, dunno if that'll get fixed with the mesh update but using body and animatons the sleeves are ridiculously oversized, also some boobs go through some outfits

I am pretty sure this is exactly what the 2 additional gigabytes of meshes for the clothes are for.

 

If you just have base and animation , big body features, including pregnant bellies, will clip through but that was true also for the previous versions of the game. Some people prefer to play with only these because the game loads and plays faster without meshes.

 

Doing the mesh all manually one by one is crazy work, but author said he is coding a program to automatize the process. This is hero wizard level dedication.

 

I will try the barbershop slider in an hour when i am home.

Uploaded the current state, but its still rather work in progress.

 

The autogenerated blendshapes mostly work, some of the blendshapes are not as good as before, like it has a worse time with shrinks, like hips min or things like that. Also probably some clipping. I'll try work on it more, and probably also redo some of the new clothing in blender where its not loose clothing, that the blender plugin doesnt handle well.

thank you for this. now I can take a stab at altering some clothing myself. This brings me back to the Oblivion days

@csirke128, Thanks for your work and I am looking forward to what you can do here. Quick question, I remember that there was a "Revealing Clothing" option in the barbershop that is now missing. Is that what you're working on right now? Should I still be able to see it in the current mod's state? Pardon me for my ignorance, but I'm fairly new to all of this.

Ah, removed it temporarily, because it was causing debug mode to crash, and forgot to add it back. I'll add it back the next patch.

The asian clothing dont have revealing clothing assigned, but I'll try assign them some from the previous revealing clothings, maybe also look into if I can change the colors to match the current clothing.

 

Extract the attached file over CBO Unofficial (or if you use Mesh, just copy the gfx folder from it to CBO Mesh)

Very cool thanks for keeping this going. 

Your "Physical attributes unofficial" in the downloads section has a bug where on death characters become huge, they default to a massive size in the death portrait, would be amazing if you could look into that.

Useful because the official PA ruins UI, and yours functions well for the most part, just my lineage looks like a bunch of giants so I had to remove for now.

Hi, havent checked PA yet, but maybe its due to the height animation having some issues, will try fix that.

Hi, the part thats outdated about Carnalitas is probably the gui, which this mod doesnt rely on.

Also this mod can work without Carnalitas, you just wont be able to trigger the sex scenes. (so then its only a body modification mod)

Ok thx for your explanation, it's working for me, but without Carnalitas 2.11, this CBO mod, the body modification doesn't work at all, nothing appears, but with Carnalitas, it works. Weird.

That would be amazing, the rest of the mod works fine it's just that death issue and a minor one where the UI overwrites Carnalitas Slavery Expanded 2.0, but it still works you just lose the extra tabs CSE introduces, if it's above CSE then you lose the Physical attributes UI, but it's all still playable just info for anyone curious you have to choose which character tab you want.
