Having an odd issue with skins

I -think- this might be related to WW however I am not entirely sure. I keep having sims being generated with skins that aren't their "default". I only know this because I had a sim show up with white hair and really dark skin and thought that was odd. So I went into MCCC/Dresser option and the custom skin button was there and it allowed me to change the sim back to it's default skin which was more inline with his general appearance. So I started checking other sims and there seems to be a good majority of them who have this issue with all range of skin tones being used. I have a clean game on my new computer, I have NO custom skins CC at all besides what comes with WW. If it is WW is there a way to turn that off? Does anyone know why it happens? Also I do have some body part mods from Simdulgence and Mikkoi. Could those be doing it?

If you had another default skin it's more likely that ALL your sims in the game would be affected and not just EA's randoms.

However EA does like to generate random sims with random skin tones(colors) so it may override WW skins I think.

I avoided that by editing tons of Sims over the years and saved them to my Library and use MC Command Center to 'import from tray 100%'.

That way any sims needed by the game are pulled from my Library rather than EA's randoms.

Using the NPCC mod will also cut down on service sims needed by the game as we don't need 20 mail carriers, pizza delivery girls, or bartenders.

There are some settings you will need to change to make it work at optimum.

Don't know if Paulson has released an updated version for the latest game patch but there are a few other mods that do mostly the same thing.

Just google for 'sims 4 no more random townies'.

Edit: found a replacement mod for NPCC but have no idea if it works.
