In Pandora I can see that it compiles the animations but they do not seem to appear in the game. I tried with just a small mod number for initial testing. Animation wise I only installed Acheron, Battlefuck, SLAL and Leito and Baka animations (requirements for Battlefuck) While Pandora creates 11k animations there are no animations in SLAL and also Battlefuck doesn't find any.
