Problem with logging into RJW discord and amnesty proposal

Good day. I would like to ask about the fact that most Internet users cannot join the RJW discord. Even users who do not have bans in the discord of this global game mod do not have the opportunity to join/login.

I would like to know why and whether this will be solved somehow?

Regarding the amnesty. Will there be an amnesty for very old bans that are not critical? By type of bans for an avatar, banword, etc.
People change and correct their mistakes over time. Thank you for reading and feedback, if there is any at all, of course.

I am not in countries that are involved in conflict. It shouldn't bother me in theory

True, but sometimes certain restrictions might apply itself to nearby regions as well as the targeted region. 
There could also just be really weird internet traffic through your location (not related to global events) and the server moderators have restricted flow from that location?
Either way a VPN could potentially help.

Apparently you read my text well. I didn't say I couldn't log in through a banned account. I said I couldn't enter at all. Even when I create a new account, I can't log in. Tried many times and different new and old accounts. I have never used them to log in and have never received a ban on them anywhere. That's why your take (rip)

Discord loves to implement all sorts of restrictions, safeguards, protections, mandatory phone numbers and whatnot, all for it to be filled with bots regardless and only serving to make it unusable

I have absolutely all account "checks" on one or more accounts, but I still am not able to log into the mod's discord.
Will there be any answers rather than speculation?
