Skyrim hopes

She's old? What wrinkles? She might be in her thirties.

Some of us are over fifty on this board! (grin).

Lol well I'm less than 30 so I consider her "old". Ok ok, so she's the "mature lady" type, which I'm fine with. :P

Given the screenshot, I'm more hopeful of Skyrim as it is much more darker than compared to Morrowind or Oblivion for that matter. And with mods on the way, it'll be very interesting. :)

some nice houses (you're the freaking "Dragon-born" for monkey-sakes)

well fleshed out DLCs (i.e. Shivering Isle Epicness)

MEAD! (this is Skyrim after all)

Children (I smell hybrids, like Argonian-Orcs):D

1: Agreed, but mainly because your partner has to live somewhere.

2: Agreed, maybe another daedric dimension? Although that might be a bit difficult with the Aedric barrier in place.

3: Agreed, just because.

4: Agreed. However, hybrids won't happen, because lore commands the child to be of the mother's race. If getting children is in by default, someone will mod that part, for sure, though.

If getting children isn't in, someone will write a Tamago/Hiyoko-like plugin. (would like that anyway, because I'm guessing that the basic system would be chance based, whereas Tamago/Hiyoko adds a bit of realism.

Also, why just argonian/orc hybrids? Argonian/Khajiit hybrids FTW. Scaled kitties (or furry lizards) :P.

Meh, children in the vanilla game means the return of the dreaded Bethesdan invincible kids of doom.

I still have nightmares about Little Lamplight.

They're already confirmed. We were mainly talking about having them.

Perhaps some sort of growing-up plugin would be doable, though.

And, if you really don't like their essential status, I'm betting someone will get a mod through which changes that. I'm guessing it won't be on the Nexus, though.
