Texture editing help?

I managed to find some textures for the Fennec Fox Race (AKA Lilmothiit) mod that was on wolfs.jp, but the textures - while nice - could use some work. They're 4k which is nice, but I've run into a few problems:

 

1: There's seams on the wrists that could be cleaned up some.
2: the white on the belly continues down onto and cuts off on the thighs, making a harsh seam and incorrect coloring.

3: SoS doesn't recognize it at all, so a plugin might need to be made if I can't reverse-engineer the Lungaris or Kapo'tun mod.

 

The Wolfs.jp link is long gone, and even before then the download link was dead, so I'm going to share the textures here, along with a couple of screenshots to show what I mean! I also threw in the SOS Khajiit texture for the VectorPlexus Regular, I can provide the Smurf for whomever might prefer it if necessary. Please help him in his quest to bring the Lilmothiit back into the world the old fashioned way!

So, it seems the seams are a bigger problem than I initially thought. I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but if there's anyone out there who'd be willing to take this as a commission, I'd love to get this skin fixed or even have an all new one made. It seems to be defaulting tot he Khajiit normal maps, too, so I have annoying stripes all over me. :T
