you just have to make the change once in the osimpleassault mcm and it will work forever. you don't have to do anything in the zaz menu

still doesn't work unfortunately. I've been assuming it's because I use pandora which apparently struggles with some of these older LL animations but honestly I don't know. like they just T-pose when I try to use it even if I use the lying on the side animation.

Is there a way to run only certain pack on FNIS?

Then change the delay and time to whatever you want. The default is 1. I find 2 to be very playable.

7 or 8+ works.
Theres a bug where you have to change the pose option in the simple assault mcm from the default "lying on stomach" to the "lying on side," then it starts working. You only have to do this once to get the mod working.

That's weird I dont seem to have any option to change the pose in the mod MCM

I am having an issue where whenever I try to restrain someone, either no animation plays, or the npc suddnely stands up and is frozen in place. I am not really sure how to fix this. I tried to switch the animation to the "lying on side", but nothing

when i choose restrain it says the mod zaz ap required but i have it downloaded already and it still doesnt work, anyone knows what is wrong?

Is it possible to make it so that only female characters get the defeated status?

I had that same issue but starting a new game fixed it

I am using simpledefeat and osimpleassault altogether, but it seem didnt work. I ecountered same problem : the animation didnt load. load error and no starting animation found (yes i have agresive anim mod and acheron installed), is it because I am using UBE race?

 

ok ZAZap is not detected in mcm too.

 

edit: okay we need start fresh game to initialize zaz detection, so no install mid game. Assault work, but defeat still error in fresh save.

For some reason this mod only works on certain NPCs. Bandits don't even go down instead just die. It works when NPCs hurt each other but when I do it, they die instead. Any fixes to this or maybe something I'm missing? I'm on version 1.6.1170.0 would I need "Backported Extended ESL Support" to get it to work properly?

apologies in advance for my bad english, Great mod, started trying it out and wanted to ask if multiple actors work or if its just my case where it crashes

You need to activate the "Hunter's Pride" ability in Acheron's MCM. If the power is not activated, you will just kill every (killable) enemy.

No, this is not designed to work with multiple actors currently.

Is your follower supposed to assault with you or independently? Any reason they might not participate if i checked the box? Im using nff as my follower mod.

Your follower shouldn't be assaulting with you at all?

Selecting the assault option hooks into a regular OStim scene. Have you checked that OStim works for you?

the QTE is a little too fast for me lol - but turning it off breaks the tie up function 


edit - earlier comment is right, change tie up animation in the mcm

Can't seem to get simple assault to register ZaZ AP in mcm, everything else works great

 

edit: is this entirely un applicable for loading mid playthrough? If so it does not say so on the mod details page and yet it mcm recognizes ZaZ only on new games. I've tried using resaver to remove and enable them again entirely but no luck. 

 

edit 2: I got it to work. disable both simple assault and ZaZ and then use resaver to clear unattached instances and undefined elements on the save with which you created with simple assault and zaz disabled, then just re enable them and run nemesis and load into the cleaned save and they should both do their inital startups same as new game ig.

I have an issue, whenever the assault and ostim scene ends I can not use left click and right click for fighting, is this a known issue?

When I click to unsheat the weapon, nothing happens

Quick question, everything is working just as intended so no worries there. I was just curious on how one would go about choosing positions and such once assault has started. For my case, it's Out Of Combat Assault. 

My specific example, I chose an actor and a chair as the furniture. My character sits down and removes their pants and such, but with the freecam that happens, I have no cursor to choose the position and such. What do I use to be able to click on/select positions?

So, I ended up getting the animations to play, had to figure out the keybinds for the menu and such. However, when a scene ends, I can't go into third person, swing weapons, use anything, use spells. Is there a way to fix that?

If you are confident on compiling scripts, it is possible. Open the __SimpleAssault.psc and replace the line "OThread.QuickStart(OActorUtil.ToArray(Game.GetPlayer(), akTarget))" with

  Hide contents

Int BuildID = OThreadBuilder.Create(OActorUtil.ToArray(Game.GetPlayer(), akTarget))

OThreadBuilder.SetStartingAnimation(BuildID, "name of the starting animation, with the quotation marks")

OThreadBuilder.Start(BuildID)

and compile. It should work assuming you got the animation name correct. Otherwise, let me know what animation it is you want to start with, and I'll add it. Lot's of others want a default starting animation too, so do let me know which you want.

trying to do this but have no idea how to recompile haha. would be most fitting to have them start with bakafactory for ostim imo. anyone else managed to get this working?
