Missing textures exterior locations like corvega. the stairs, fences and other stuff will bug out.

it wasnt like that before i am not sure which mod i added buggered things up.  i did this suggestion but it didnt help.

 

you need these 3 lines in your Fallout4.ini, Fallout4custom.ini, and Fallout4preferences.ini. Place them under the [General] sections. If you see that they're already there, but the "=1" parts are set to "=0" then that's your problem. Just set em to 1. Don't ever set these to 0, even if a mod asks. Because the mod is asking to break your game.

bUseCombinedObjects=1
bUsePreCreatedSCOL=1
bPreCulledObjectsEnabled=1

 

Loking for other ideas now.

Just look back at the dates of your mods to work your way back. I don't know enough to guess but it can only be a mesh related mod.

Had to do the super annoying remove half the mods see if it works trick and finally found the culprit.  Fog Remover II ESL
