SL version 1.66b how to change, modify or add new voices

Hi there, I found some voice packs but failed to get them to work in game.

copied to fx folder, renamed to same ruling vfemale.../hot, medium, mild tried to rename even files names

SL keeps using the default voices and in MCM it added only 10 default was 12 but no voice plays in game.

Any help is welcome thank you.
