Mod Loader

Is their any mod loader that would work with extra mods for this game. I have followed every step to make mods work. They are in my mods folder in separate files. I've gotten basement drugs to work but they got installed a different way.

There's the Curse Forge app, but I have no personal experience with it.

wicked whims won't work with most mod loaders it seems because its 18+   can you see any issues with the way my folder looks?

the main mod works but i can't get the other two things to show in game

I'm not sure about your file path.  You evidently have the Steam version, I have the game direct from EA and launch from the EA app.

 

My filepath for mods is Documents/Electonic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods     Do you have a folder like that on your system?

 

Not to overlook the obvious, when you start the game, and get to the main menu, if you click the "Game Options" button on the right and then go to maybe the "Other" or "Miscellaneous" (I don't remember now) subsection you do have "Allow Custom Content" and "Allow Script Mods" checked, right?

ARE YOU SURE it's in your Mods folder??
