Dannyglands Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 View File [mod] Stable Renamon graphics pack Here it is, hopefully it was worth the wait. Contains 208 portraits, evenly split between male and female (in fact, each portrait of each gender has a corresponding counterpart). Leaders wear specialized "clothing:" Rulers: Capes and detached sleeves Admirals: Military caps Generals: Cowboy hats Governors: Scarves Envoys: Neckties Scientists: Labcoats and glasses Installation should be easy enough: just extract the files into your mod folder: Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod Pictures were generated on my machine using ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion with the YiffyMix v36 checkpoint, then edited by me using GIMP. aceasulter Posted March 12, 2024 Posted March 12, 2024 Could you do a Lopunny version of this? It looks nice.
Rusvul Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 (edited) 0.0.1 version is currently Incompatible with "Vanilla Framework Continued 2.3b". This mod overwrites the mammalian class files. Edit: I found a solution. Renaming the files in both common/species_classes and gfx/portraits/portraits to a unique name that isn't shared by any other mods will work. Edited March 26, 2024 by Rusvul
TheFuckingQueen Posted May 11, 2024 Posted May 11, 2024 (edited) Hmmm, doesn't seem to want to work on 3.12.1 Anyone else having the same issue? Using Irony Mod Manager EDIT: Editing a save and directly forcing a species to be Renamon works, but can't select it in the empire creator. Edited May 12, 2024 by TheFuckingQueen 1
Arcess Posted May 13, 2024 Posted May 13, 2024 Most portrait mods need updating before they will work in 3.12 1

Arcess Posted June 17, 2024 Posted June 17, 2024 See dev diaries and updated mods as examples. There's even an example portrait mod.
regenus Posted June 19, 2024 Posted June 19, 2024 Here is an updated version of this mod after the most recent update broke most portrait mods. All that was changed was adding the new portrait category and portrait sets folders along with their respective files. stable-renamon.zip 2

sila Posted January 31, 2025 Posted January 31, 2025 (edited) Mod seems to be broken still, I tried looking at the files but I am unsure on how to fix. Even when this is the only mod enabled the portraits do not appear. Edit: actually they DO appear but in an entirely separate category of Mammalian that I did not notice. That is a bit confusing... Any way to roll that back into the original Mammalian species like in the screenshots? Edited January 31, 2025 by sila
sila Posted February 1, 2025 Posted February 1, 2025 (edited) After messing with it a bit more, for some reason while this mod is loaded before vanilla framework the renamon portraits do not appear, and when loaded after VF they do appear in the separate mammalian category but it breaks some of the VF portrait sets. I tried tinkering with the files but I cannot figure out how to fix it on my own. I'll keep messing with it a bit longer as I do like these portraits but it is becoming more hassle than it is worth. Edit: I got it working after comparing the files to another Vanilla framework mod that just added portraits. I am using the nonreplacer version so I am not sure if that matters or not, but if anyone else wants to use these portraits with vanilla framework this should make them work together. stablerenamonVFNR.7z Edited February 1, 2025 by sila 2
