[HELP] Complexion Character Bug

I didn't find answer for this question that's why I decided to make this topic.

When I create character in racemenu and set my complexion, everything works fine, but after loading my saved game my complexion changes to some kind of pastel color face (not grey one, like vampires have). I'm using fair skin for SG Female Textures, also I combined it with Better Female Face Natural Edition w/ NEW NORMALMAPS. I use also LiFE just for new colors of mouth or make-up. I don't think this matters but I use CBBE Body with Bodyslide.

Anyone know how to solve that problem? I don't want to use showracemenu every time I load my saved game, and change complexion for beeing the good one I want my character's complexion be the same as I created it.

I use also mod that solves grey face for vampires. Is it possible that this mod couse the complexion problem?

I need to run my game to make PS of my character. Just a sec.

To be exact I want my character to look like one the first picture, but my head complexion, and only head is changing after loading.

i am using sg female renewal texture...and facing this problem too. 

BUT...i already tried uninstall it and tried other texture mods....still have this problem.....

so now...i dont know...whether it is bcause of ECE, or any npc mods or visual mods...

 

so please help!!

Nobody has a solution for this really annoying problem? I want just my character to look beauty, and without this sweat on face the effect is not so great.

Had the same issue, plus a number of other ones with RaceMenu/CharGen Ext.

 

There were times where it would change the _s.dds, other times, the .dds, and other times even the _msn.dds.

 

Seemed like it had no rhyme or reason.

already tried uninstall all model&texture mod and hair&face mods....still...no effect...-__-"

even vanilla-only game still has mismatch...

i really have no idea what hv gone wrong...

he said it is bcause of the lighting and shadowing....

and i hv thought that too...sounds reasonable enough...

 

so i really appreciate if sum1 could try uninstalling and check on the lighting mods...and post/report the result..

What do you mean by that? Can you please explain me how can I make it (step by step), and will it be solution for my problem?

Open up SG Renewal's texture directory, go to \textures\actor\character\character assets\ and delete the directory called tintmasks, then install.

Its texture thats been over written some mod or texture in load order overrite your facetexture becouse its stored in your save.

 

You have to find out by disable fece texture mods which one couse that and everytime put the wet texture back in map where it belongs untill it dont change anymore.

 

Ive done this so many times if i have texture problems like that its almost always couse of problem a texture that overrite your latest.

 

Wet texture is overwritten in your case.

 

Some mods even when boss put tem there still need manually put lower in loadorder.

I just now started experiencing this problem. And considering I never had it before I installed Life. And now I have it. I think its being caused by Life. So I'm going to pull it and see if I'm all good again without it. If so, then I know its Life.

I had the problem without LiFE installed.

 

Like I was saying in my first post here, it would pick random texture files, sometimes the _2.dds sometimes the _msn.dds or even the .dds.

Personally I used RaceMenu/CharGen Ext. raw, or ECE raw, I didn't combine them.

 

If taking out LiFE fixed your problem, then that simply means that any other mod that has records in its esp like that will do it for these mods. My issue on the matter is that I can't identify them...

Uninstaling LiFE didn't help me at all... removing tintmask directory from SG Textures didn't help as well, it actually made my game CTD. Any other advices?

u need to re-install the sg mod after u delete tintmask...it works for me...but only for my character....not my custom followers

You mean to uninstall RaceMenu and replace it with ECE? Becouse I don't really know how ECE works and is it compatibile with RaceMenu or other mods, couse I had never use it.

it's ok to uninstall racemenu and change to ECE...i hv done that..but if u have custom race like Ningheim race, the customization will switch to vanilla slider.

i'm not sure about confliction for this mod..but so far i havent experienced any...and never ctd bcause of that...
so dont worry, just change it...

BUT...be warned...your character's face will be changed...so u might need to recreate ur character's face...but ECE can make ur char more pretty n plus u can save it in their integrated save slot...

 

so dont give up yet...try this 1st..
