I have notified morpheus and aurelia, but its seems they on a walk about creek so!  hints to error on modding is here https://github.com/niftools/nifskope/issues/240 and here https://github.com/niftools/nifskope/issues/239 and as devolper, adjust the xml that your feeding into nifskope with proper values. and it should be able to open all of it. nifskope is modular this way. source is here https://github.com/niftools/nifskope

So is this in addition to the elements already in the dev9 build? Because that handles a lot of Starfield stuff out of the box

Is it possible, or in the works, to view the uv templates for Starfield meshes in NifSkope yet? So you can see what area(s) of the texture(s) the mesh is using?

The AI search engines can't seem to comprehend that showing 10+ year old information for a different game that uses a different version of NifSkope isn't the information I'm looking for.

No.

Only way to look into UV now is importing geometry to blender.
