All you'd ahve to do is move the assets so they don't overwrite the base game ones (I recommend /contents/mods/yournamehere/<assets here>) in unreal and re-export the .pak. From there I can write a .json config for you to make it compatible. I'll include this model into next meshpack release, given OP allowed me to do so.
