Are there open source/free audio files available for common NSFW sound effects?

Not that I know. Most of us probably use Audacity or something like it to pull sound clips from videos and then clean up and use those. It's free (if you have the source videos), but maybe not something I would go around and advertise afterwards.

Freesound.org has some samples and sound bites that are also royalty free.
