Update: managed to contact them on Discord, and asked them about the mod. They said that "there are currently no mods for free" and that I would have to buy it. It seems I will likely never get this mod which is quite unfortunate but hopefully it comes to be free eventually. It seems the people who have talked about this person previously have been proven very correct.
