All Animations Broken

Like the title says, animations in Skyrim have broken, I have no idea why, and it went from one day working fine to being borked the next with no changes made that I'm aware of.  FNIS is unable to fix the problem either, and I mean all animations are broken, noone walks around, or anything, they just "failed T-pose" around. Tried validating too, also nothing. Load order below, but I didn't change anything for a number of hours before the problem began.

I don't see anything wrong with the load order. You could try moving XPMSE to the bottom and running FNIS again.

 

You can also try uninstalling all animation mods, running FNIS, then reinstalling them 1 by 1 (running FNIS each time).

 

Double check the boxes you have selected for FNIS before you run it. Good practice to only check boxes you need and if you don't know leave it unchecked. I only have the first two boxes checked (and if you have no gender specific animations only the arm fix box should be checked).

 

 

Fair to assume you are using FNIS XXL and SrtCrashfix right?
