I can model but don't know how to make CC for sims 4

So I made this horse cock model for funzies a while ago, but I just got to thinking "Hmm.. I wonder if I could make this into a penis for the sims" but I have no idea how.

I'm kind of hoping someone could take the file for it and do it themselves and it could be like a collab thing. I don't know.. I just highly doubt I would be capable of turning it into CC myself.

This would be used for WickedWhims of course.

It also needs some improvements because the balls and cock are two separate pieces and it's not exactly how id imagine it looking.

If anyone is interested lmk I guess.
