The Wicked Whims mood isn't working

I have a problem and don't know how to solve it. I have the updated Wicked Whims mod with many animations installed. When I open the game, all the moods with the animations I have show up, but when I start the game, I don't get the message confirming that Wicked is running anything, and I don't have the option to use it in the game (as if I don't have anything installed). Do I need some additional mod for it to work? I don't know what to do...

I have the latest update of Wicked Whims and animations installed, but I can't use them in the game.

You  probably have it installed too many folders deep.  It must be Mods/Wicked Whims, and the package and script folder can't be deeper than that.  If you have it Mods/Wicked Whims/WWMod the script won't work.

 

EDITED TO ADD:  I'M JUST USING "MODS/WICKED WHIMS" AND "MODS/WICKED WHIMS/WWMOD" AS EXAMPLES.  I ACTUALLY NAME IT MODS/WICKED WHIMS V.[WHATEVER VERSION]" IT STILL HAS TO BE ONLY ONE FOLDER DEEP.

it's also happening to me and that isn't the problem, because I'm putting it directly on the mods folder where it's always been and it's not working either

So do you have script mods enabled in the game settings?

 

You have one option to click to enable mods/CC, but then there's a second button to click to also enable script mods like WW.

it's normally enabled, as it has always been, I even unabled and enabled it again to be sure

Anyone found the reason for this problem? Happening to me now. Older version works fine but the newer doesn't
