Fallout white tint faces glitch??

So i have Character kit remake and dragbody's npc replacers and for some reason NPC's and some races have this weird glitch where parts are there faces are whiter or brighter. im not sure whats causing this. Since its effecting a lot of different NPC's not exclusive to each mod im not sure what to do.l

How does it looks without reshade/enb? Also for modded fnv it's rare to get consistency in skin color matching across many npcs if using multiple mods that changes body/face textures.

Something to try is make Dragbody mods load after CKR seeing as it only affects a certain number of NPCs while CKR does all.
