Set the game at 4K 3840 x 2160 Ultra or 2K 2048 x 1080 Ultra and the Mod will work perfectly, then try to lower it to 1920x1080 Ultra and the Mod will work correctly, Just don't use the Enhanced Physics Mod because this happens.. xD

Can't change res mid-game. I tried all resolutions and it just doesnt work correctly

 

Edit:Nvm. Had to go inside the mod and to textures folder, make a copy of 2k folder and rename it 4k, now it works

I edit the mod of ranaragua, basically add nipples and texture edit, so there has some problems that is already there, otherwise, I don't see any extra problem after my edit
