This game doesnt seem to run on Unreal Engine or Unity. it does use DX11 it looks like so stuff like 3dmigoto should work just fine i think.

quite frustrating to find out the outfits were censored. even the versus game had the uncensored outfit given for free

Honestly the models in the game actually seem to be of lower quality than the ones in Rising. I think at this point I'd be happy with a model replacer with the models in Rising.

It's weird that the Versus games (despite normally not being able to see them) have the girls wearing panties under their skirts, but this game has them in shorts. Even weirder is from what I can tell Lyria actually is wearing panties under her dress. Wonder why it's fine for Lyria, but not the other females.

Just chiming in that I have a lot of interest in returning the pantsu via mods.  Also a proper OG variant for Zeta would be nice with the leather thong before she got Sony'd.

3Dmigoto seems the easiest way to fix this game.
The game engine is called Cyllista Game Engine, I honestly thought it was made with Platinum Engine, but on the other deleted thread an user knowing the situation better than me.

It is possible to remove English voices file by just delete the folder called English(US), in \data\sound , and the game just work fine without it.

data.1, is a big compressed archive with probably all the textures, shaders and motions.
data.0 , data.i , are probably all the texts.

\data\ui   fhd and movie folders,  are just all the cutscense in bink format, classic video format for consoles.

I haven't tried the game yet because I'm stuck at the intro in the airship, I can't stand seeing spats under the skirt of Djeeta (translated as Syta for some unknown reason, but edit is possible).
But can't the region block be bypassed via the Steam region settings? I mean the download setting for example.

its really a shame since in rising they let you download original uncensored outfits for free i really wonder if they initially planned to have 2 version one censored for console and one uncensored for pc at first but by lack of time or lazyness decided to have one global version and that's why the censorship is inconsistent because they mixed up in a rush for exemple Lyria pantsu shots are unscathed but you have one weird scene when they censor her feet of all the things out of nowhere lmao

that's one of the weirdest case of censorship i have seen in a game

It's getting pretty nutty. This game seems as bad as Tekken 8 for not wanting to show skin. Maybe we will get lucky and it'll be mod-able like the fighters.
