Original Author is unknown. I picked up their work from https://www.loverslab.com/topic/208044-request-jus-primae-noctis/ and started updating. This mod enable first night law and related events.

thr is absolutely nothing in the mod , which can make game crash, in any version. at max it can misfire a bastard event one or two. if it is crashing it is due to some other mod

The stress relief without causing dozens of children is also pretty great^^

And no children means a lot less rivalries or feuds with the husbands^^

there is no stress relief implemented in this mod.  if you are using caf mod,  u should be getting stress relief from arousal effects. 

as per children, thr is no secret created so no feuds or rivalries, as this is not adultery. and so unless u want to accept them into urs house, they will not be considered urs children at all.

At least my lustful characters get stress reduction in the old version of Primae Noctis. I have no mods for arousal itself. Just basic carnalitas.

No adultery in your version of the mod? Great, because I had dozens of rivalries with the old version I use^^

which version? i don't think there is any version where adultery is gone rampage, at max it should be 1 in 10 or so

I think it was the original JusPrimaeNoctis back years ago when it had a page here on LL. After Friends&Foes came out the rivalries really started after every night.

Can't check on Reformed because my main save has adultery allowed so no rivalries. I will test it on a new save.

There really is no stress relief in 0.55 :( I used 0.52 befor.

sorry, had to remove stress relief, with it, stress could always be kept at 0 at any time, breaks the game balance :innocent:. 0.52 was pretty much the original one, just some bug fix. 0.56 is only names and functions remain the same but the whole skeleton of the mod has been changed.

So far no pregnancies in 0.55. Is it using the basic chance system? I remember the original had an almost 100% chance.

no, 0.55 also uses fertility but its in build in event itself. if u wanna go back to original system, del zzz_carn_had_sex_with_effect.txt in common->scrited_effects and in event file remove block of make_pregnant , thr will be two block , remove both of them.

Well, fertilities are 100 with various supporting traits and it still never happened. Is it a %-chance?

with 100% fertility on both char, preg chance should also be 100. even the avg chance was very high in 0.55 about 80% compare to 30% of 0.56. i am still getting pregnancy in 0.56. what's urs load order? also got error log?

don't have plan for that yet. feasibility does not seems likely, it would kind of break the late gameplay, consolidating power in 3-4 house or dynasty. so if u got a suggestion without making game harder yet implementing prima noctis for ai too, i am all ears

How would it break gameplay? If you have the sex with protection there would be no bastards also maybe the player wants to use the bastards to legitimize them as their own and get a claim on titles they otherwise wouldn't have access to.

prima noctis was for spreading bastards and replacing local rulers , so using protection does not make sense. and gameplay will break if enabled for ai, just for reason , imagine a kingdom where everyone is from same dynasty. ai dynasty . then imagine trying to attack it. also it might be possible that its neighboring kingdom also has same dynasty,hence possible alliance. damn, easiest example karling dynasty everywhere. and u r alone.

tell u what, if u wanna enable if for ai, u can do it by urself. its not that hard anyways, 1-2 places where u have to remove is_ai = no and 3-4 place where u have to define how will ai react. by reading mod files and same base games character interaction files, u will get the idea. afterward if u wanna upload , just upload it in ll separately or u wanna upload in this one, post it here and i will put a link to it.
