Can't get a schlong mod to work

I'm on a new save and I just can't get this schlong to appear on the menu. It's a custom model and all it requires is the vaginaless body

from donner. 

 

I built it on bodyslide and don't know what else to do

Consider inspecting the papyrus logs, especially the one created when a new game is started.
