Cyberpunk 2.1 any mod recommendations?

Its a bit jarring to open up nexus and find thousands of mods and packs. I dont want too heavily modded since the DLC will be also new to me, but i also want to save time on familiarizing and experimenting one by one. If you are familiar with cyberpunk mods (compatible with 2.1) please link your favorite stuff. Id like to keep it faithful to the universe.
1, Is there anything that is a must? Improves stability /performance etc?
2, any visual pack you really like? ( i might skip this but id take a peek)
3, I want to play in 3rd person, what should i dl?
4. clothing overhaul & expansion mods? more the merrier, i dont want fashion to be limited by stats if possible
5. extra content like side quests and characters (females (or futa) to romance?
6. is there anything kinky? toys, latex etc.
7. i didnt like the main games endings... wonder if modders changed it & took out time limit from gameplay

dont use it, very unstable atm

Some things I found useful:

 

- Untrack Quests Ultimate - so the game won't autotrack the main missions, especially useful if you just want to move around doing the gigs, police alerts, etc.

- Hide read shards - otherwise all the "books" always visible

- Better loot Markers - musthave

- Diverse Loot - you need the DLC for this

- Loot never disappears

- Unequip Mods - so you can remove mods from weapons (not attachments, mods)

- Immersive first person

- Fast launch - no company logos (still quite slow to start up though)

- Player underwear removal extended - otherwise the clothing mods may have some graphical issues

- Virtual Atelier + shops - gives all computers a new tab where you can buy the clothes from the mods An example shop: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4805

 

Just make sure you install the proper clothing mod versions for your installed body type.

 

Edit so to answer some of your actual questions...

 

1, 2 Not really.

3 Don't, there is a 3rd person mod, but it is not updated atm to the latest CP version.

4, 6 The shop I linked contains the links to a lot of clothing items, including some latex.

5 I saw some on Nexus, but didn't check them, as of now I don't even know if they are compatible with the latest version.

7 I don't know, but I heard that

the DLC adds an ending where V survives somehow. Although it didn't sound like a happy ending.
