@lyuki021 I believe you added the penis through CAS. That is not the right way to do so. You have to be in live mode, click on sim you want to have penis, then you click on Wicked Whims menu > personalization > Body & Anatmoy > Genitals > Penis and then you repeat the steps until Body & Anatomy and click on Select Body Parts > Select Body Parts for This Sim and choose what penis you want them to have. This way they can wear bottoms (pants, skirts, anything you want) AND have a penis when they undress.

I can't find personalization in my menu,

But I'm sure I downloaded the latest version Wicked Whims😭

the only way i fnd and I already have one sim is with WW click the sim next personalitation dont remember if its in that exact place but you will see a option "choose this character to have a penis" something like you choose it and the game will set that sim like if she or he have a penis (yes you can have men with vagina) after that click the sim again personalitation next body part and the game should let you choose erect penis and soft penis, sure Its not exactly like I write it I dont have the game open rigth now but you must choose first "the sim have a penis" and ww will show you the option to add it
