any alternative to proteus?

hey guys, lil question. i am enjoining the stuff of create my own followers via racemenu(because they are custom races and is very quick to do), but after last AE update i figure proteus crash everytime i try create a new follower. (no idea why) and i cant find some kind of support for the mod.

 

so i am thinking to ask you guys if exist any alternative to just create my own followers but i only find about creation kit.... but since i play AE with mo2 i was unable to make this work good with my moded game

try Lazy followers (Bascially the beta version of what proteus does. Tbh I prefer it over proteus ). But I have no idea if it might have the same crash problem on AE. (I'm still on the original SE.)

It does almost nothing different than proteus should do, just has a bit of prep work before you can spawn them.

i will try this!, However, in nexus a user reports lazyfollower  has the same error as well, and suspects that it is caused by a conflict with papyrus util

Thank you very much for your recommendation,I test  it and is infinitely more convenient than Proteus for what I need
