Leny.Boah Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Hello, very good evening. I have problems with your mod. I tried all the ways to start it but it doesn't work, I think I'm doing something wrong. But what strikes me the most is the mod called "Mod optios (41)" and many players report that this mod is outdated and is no longer viable to adjust the other mods that require it. Could you clarify this situation? or give indications that they use another mod?

Nupo21 Posted March 29 Posted March 29 To get defeated by bandits (if you have it installed) you have to change the mod.info of bandits and rename id=BanditsLegacy into id=Bandits And if you are having problems with only having 3 animations go download the mod version 1 of the addon.
HinaDaFox Posted April 3 Posted April 3 im guessing zombification is still game over. i only ask as the images for the zombie defeat thing where the player being fucked by zombies shows the player looking like a zombie as if you character actually somewhat turns into a zombie buuut i can imagine thats not the case

IronSurfDragon Posted May 2 Posted May 2 (edited) Does the Sexperiment profession require different zombies' DNA or can you just constantly reuse one zombie and keep the infection at bay? So, I thought it is a good idea create this post as a form recap, and reference to how things a are going. Okay, first of all, ZomboWin is NO MORE. The mod is not getting more updates and the owner is no longer working on it. It is slowly getting deprecated with time as most devs like me are finding WAY BETTER methods to do things more decent. Which brings us to the NEW branches that spawned since. And it's highly recommended to take a look at them. So, LET'S PULL THE BOARD! Let's do a simple recap shall we? Well, the first ever NSFW mod framework ever created for Project Zomboid was ZomboLewd, mainly with the creators being QueuedResonance & Jaivodents, however, the mod was RAPIDLY abandoned by its creators, and remained just as a proof of concept. But that didn't stop people on creating a bunch of addons for it, like animations, game mechanics, etc. However, things slowly turned out to be quite scattered. It was difficult to know what mod did anything, if it was still being maintained, or was just straight up broken. And that's where SolarEdge came in. They've essentially bundled up all the good addons at the time and patched them into one single package that we now call ZomboWin, and for a good while it was our best and only alternative. Until the updates slowed down, and the obvious cracks that were the spaghetti code of the mod itself started to show up. Then it was clear enough that we needed better options overall if we wanted to continue modding this game. And that's where Three new frameworks has spawned ever since. Let's talk about them. ZomboLust/Desire is essentially a reimagination of ZomboWin. You can call it a spiritual sucessor if you wish. It does bring some features that ZomboWin had, along with a few new ones. As of now, the state of the mod itself it's incredibly W.I.P, and it's currently unplayable (Will probably change in the next few weeks). The framework is owned by @BlaBla012345 who previously worked on adding more animations to ZomboWin. ZomboRut is a complete rewrite of ZomboWin itself. It polishes most things, and is a straight up continuation from where ZomboWin ended. This might be considered the most complete alternative of the three as it reuses most of assets that ZomboWin had. If you wish for just ZomboWin, but more, this might be the best choice for you. The framework is owned by @Doomtero. DepravedSense now is a whole other story. Differently from the other alternatives, DepravedSense is not a rework or continuation of ZomboWin. It's a new take on the genre overall, which is why it doesn't have 'Zombo' on its name. Its still pretty W.I.P, but It's main objective is to innovate on crucial areas that the other mods don't touch. For example, just recently it was discovered how to have proper Animated Genitals to the game, along with the ability to animate the other character's body parts like the breasts for example (That is still coming soon, as I need to implement that still). The framework is owned by... well I think it's been quite obvious that it is me, @Timerz. I will now leave down below each of the frameworks main topics along with their reflected discord channels, so many of you clueless people can check it out and choose your desired alternative. enozfnf Posted June 18 Posted June 18 For anyone who interest: When playing with sprinters (I use mod CDDAZomboid), it's impossible to survive in populated urban area. Now, the feature of Zombowin_Addon by BlaBla, which makes the player temporarily invisible is useful. But it does not work reliably. I'm not familiar with Zomboid modding or Lua, so I modified the Zombowin's file ZomboWinAnimationHandler.lua It works with both Zombowin_Addon version 1.0 and 2.0 I also made the ghost mode trigger randomly. zombowin_patch_ghostmode.rar
