If fact there has been a big discussion about it recently in the Sumit thread (a little research goes a long way). If you are playing a female character and use Submit to rape a male, it is played as female on male rape unless you turn on the option in the MCM to always put the female PC in the receiving position (the option is currently broken according to latest reports, so female on male is always done if female the rapist). I don't use Defeat, so I'm not sure if it does that as well.

Not done particularly well but available and has been done better (and worse) by other mods since then. Was possible with the mod I started from but it never worked quite right in that mod since it was based on male rapes female only so going against the base code caused bad things to happen.
