SMP body works - cloth does not. (SSE/AE 1.6.1130)

As the title says, my HDT-SMP body works as intended (CBBE-3BA) and without errors - but HDT-cloth of various armors does not, deforming and staying static instead. It's most annoying, boobs and asses bounce and jiggle, but the skirt stays entirely static (see screenshot). Using faster SMP. (Please ignore the ugly character and skin-texture, that's a WIP yet.) That there is supposed to be a schoolgirl-like skirt, from a clearly-marked SMP armor for my body (Coco). All HDT-cloth I tried so far displays the same error.
