Question about "babbling" during animations

This has been bugging me for awhile. Many of my favourite animations have the male partner babbling. She moans but he is talking. And when you watch the same animation for the second or third time or more it gets annoying. The same moans dont have that effect.

 

So Im wondering how this works. Are animation creators intentionally using specific lines? Are there some general rules animators follow?

All sounds during animations are game sound bites specified by the animator.  Some creators find better sounds than others.  And the female's moans become funnier if you realize what she's actually saying:  I'm in pain, that's gross, (complaining), I have to pee!

 

A couple of animators recently have been using custom sounds.  Nevely42 is one.  Pretty good, only complaint is that the kisses are these ear-splitting loud SMACK! sounds.

If recommend completely custom sounds in good quality then it will be from Fruitydelicious.

Ah, yes, that's the other one I couldn't think of!  I don't remember which one it was with the way-too-loud kissing sounds.
