Looking for a modding partner for adding locations and ZAP Furniture to skyrim

Long story short, I suck with the creation kit...

All I use is TES5edit and Notepad++.

I tried to learn it and add locations and stuff to the world, but it just triggers me too hard...

So,... this is my plead for help.

I hope there is somebody out there who maybe has some fun with that and also uses and likes my Naked Defeat Mod.

What I need:

Custom placed X Markers that are integrated into the ESP where I can send the PC for events like the Simple Slavery stuff or special punishments

Adding ZAP furniture to the world, especially public locations, but also in front of some bandit hideouts maybe that I can use for special punishments and scenarios.

My idea is I make screenshots of the location and paint the marker/furniture in.

I will also take suggestions on the matter from the person who helps and will also try to give back a favor if there is anything I can do scriptwise or with textures for that person.

Thank you.

I can help you with equipment and xmarkers. Sounds easy. However if you want I could also explain how the ck and everything in it works. If you are able of doing this yourself you will probably find that this is actually very easy and much faster for you. It also means you wouldn't have to rely on another person to help you.

To add new locations in the world you just got to do two things. 1) create a new location 2) copy and past a green map marker from somewhere else and change the data and icon to match your new location. (Maybe also add teleport marker to interior)

Just dropping furniture into the world will likely break path finding of NPCs - this is what I have experienced a lot. So even if it sounds easy, it is not the case.

So much this. I have seen too many mods that the author actually properly navmeshed the worldspace they made, then started BUILDING ON IT. It is like, dude, you had it right, but then you put a fence there, you know NPCs are just going to keep trying to walk THROUGH the fence, right?

Building then navmeshing is of course harder then navmeshing then building, but like, ok, you want NPC to always try to walk through that wall?

Also as someone who did it ONCE, for one mod, navmeshing is a bitch.
