Can't Equip Certain Items

So I downloaded and installed a few SevenBase conversion mods. However, I can't equip some of the items together, even though they are from the same mod. Anyone have any idea why this is occurring?

 

Some notable mods I am using include the following:

-SevenBase Bombshell

-Schlongs of Skyrim

-XPMS32 

-XPMS32 for SoS

-TBBP

Schlongs of Skyrim, known issue. You can't equip slot 32 (body) and slot 52 (most common underwear/panty slot) together.

You can fix it, at least the way did, is by having both items that are getting unequipped in your inventory, save, exit game, load save, and tada! it works. At least it magically does for me idk why.

But yea.. it's SOS issue.
