Wicked Whims Werewolf.

If I were to hipothetically, buy the werewolf or the vampire pack, or any other occult pack. Do I need to download something to be able to use Wicked Whims with these occults? Or does it come with the Wicked Whims base file?

hypothetically speaking i don't think it treats occult sims any differently than regular sims, so no you would not need anything other than ww or dd in your possession.

You might consider downloading genitalia for your werewolf. They are not covered by the normal WW-genitalia, but Noir have some nice stuff.

Why would werewolves need genitals? Can they have sex in werewolf form? I never tried, but I assume that even if they can, animations won't look too good because of completely different body shape.

Haha, I think this is mostly because you made your werewolves look like animals. You give them tails and animal legs while they aren't totally animals, they are half humans in the end.

And also EA made initially made them quite ugly when giving them that smiling dog face, it's really awful, while in the same time they shown us how should werewolf approximately look at their Spooky Stuff painting, and it's like this:

Those ridiculous ugly dog faces aren't even closer to what it should be, I expected to see something like this instead:

But we have what we have (as always). Personally, I'm totally unsatisfied with EA werewolves appearance. And in addition animal legs and tails which you gave them make it all even more awful and unnatural. So I think here is where your zoophilia came from.

Just my opinion though, as always

 

As for animations, I would prefer a specific category for werewolves (if WW would support this of course), just like it can be for other occults, otherwise ordinary human animations may look ridiculous for them.

 Wow, you didn't know? It works like a charm! I have your animation installed, and they work great with werewolves, both werewolf on werewolf and werewolf and human (and vampires, magicians, mermaids and other humanoid frames) combos.

If you are in the mood, there's some werewolf/vampire saucy interactions with storytelling elements that might be interesting to make. It's an in-game hatred interaction between the two supernaturals.

Well, honestly you are right, I never tried my animations with occults )) I'm really glad if they fit, but that never was a goal, I always adjust them to humans.

Werewolves are able to have sex like any other Sim, but without genitals, it looks a bit odd.
