Is it possible to keep track of skyrim loverslab mods if there is an update just like nexus mods?

For future updates I recommend following mods on this site, click on the follow button it doubles as showing interest for modders themselves, I don't know of any other ways to follow those.

LL has no meta server to check versions against. This is not a mod repository like Nexus, it's just a webforum with file hosting capabilities.
