Sims 4 stalking mods

Does anyone know of any good stalking mods for TS4? Ideally one that lets you apply a stalker trait to sims in cas/rewards and gives the victim a scared buff from being stalked. Are there any mods like this?

Thirded. I'd like a mod like that, but currently, I don't think any exist. Which is odd, because it doesn't seem like something that would be hard to make.
