There's VBB and CRT if you want a few curves on your women.

 

There is as yet no Bodyslide or Outfit Studio. Not expecting one until sometime next year.

They just replace the vanilla body mesh. So it'll effect every female in the game. I think. Not sure about Crowd NPCs
