So I got fnis and xp32 maximum skeleton  extended

installed yet in fnis I get this warning:

Expected generator path C:/program files (86)/steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition/data/tools/GenerateFNIS_for_Users not found

And from Loot I get  under XPMSE

FNIS not found

Also the physics go crazy on clothing to but work fine for the body.

I meant more like, where is the file directory for FNIS?

FNIS is complaining it isn't running inside of "steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition/data/tools" so it could be that you're running FNIS from another folder (your downloads, documents, etc). I'd recommend installing FNIS manually or through Vortex and then run it via MO2

Really?

Instructions to use FNIS with MO2 are everywhere. You can even find short 2 min videos showcasing the installation and usage on YT. There are also full guides like mine with step by step instructions.

I'm mostly saying what has worked for me. I tend to be unlucky with MO2 haha

No no, you don't need to move steam out of your program files.
Steam is located in your program files by default! unless you installed your game in a separate drive ^^;;
FNIS can't run because you have it installed outside of steamapps according to the error message. You can do this manually, via vortex, or through MO2 like the guy above mentioned. There guides for that like he also mentioned ^^;;
