You would have to modify the races or senotypes by placing the homosexual or gay genes in them, and use a mod that allows you to modify what types of senotypes appear in the factions. If I find those mods I will list them in another message.

change rimworld scenario, you can give everyone gay trait, this has been a vanilla feature since the alphas, can only be done at the start or later with scenario amender

would there be a way to still allow pregnancies and typical "female" mechanics (like female races if they exist but male) like I think futas count as females (both vagina and penis).
