Basemental Drugs

Hi Fellow Simmers, I have the Base Game and installed Basemental Drugs. Everything works but It does not give me the option to Dark Web so I cannot buy drugs. Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Not 100 percent sure, as it's been a while since I started a dealer Sim from scratch and worked my way up, but I think you need to have some levels in your dealing skill in order to be able to access the dark web store (with different dealing skills making different items available for purchase). In the very beginning, the only option for buying drugs should be other dealers (i.e. mainly the NPC that "made" your Sim a dealer in the first place), though you might also be able to grow weed yourself right from the start.
