Alxjhi Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 (edited) Vi muchos cambios de imagen de Judith, pero no me gustó ninguno, así que así la hice. Edited December 23, 2023 by Alxjhi
m1aiyaa Posted June 29 Posted June 29 This is only my thought process and opinion about the builds that come with base game/expansion packs. The only point of existing houses is to showcase the build/buy items of the pack. To me, they are more like furniture store showrooms for the most part. To be honest, the builds going back to TS1 were not always the best. I think it's done intentionally so the player can remodel a place as they earn Simoleons or build whatever they want. I think it's supposed to set an overall mood, but I would think a superstar would have a more extravagant and luxurious looking home.

They are pretty much the equivalent of starter characters so you do have the right of it there. They are not meant to be perfect as is, having some quirk built into them which is often laid in their household description, be it someone trying to run a home business out of a tiny home, a couple struggling through some irreconcilable differences living in their own portion of the house or, in Judith Ward's case, a self-obsessed multiple divorcee having a house split into two redundant halves is probably to give the husbands their own space before the break up or just for Judith to sleep in when she doesn't feel like walking all the way to the other half of the manor to get a bit of shut eye.
Z0mBieP00Nani Posted Thursday at 05:09 PM Posted Thursday at 05:09 PM I've only been able to make replacers with a tool that allows you to replace default houses and create your own. The problem is you have to edit the sim yourself. I have also been able to take a customized version of a default sim and used it to replace the corresponding sim, but that seems to cause issues, specifically things like perks, careers, and marital status can change, but that is an option, and the modified versions of those Sims will appear at the start of every new game. HOWEVER, I have noticed that if the game updates any edited households, then the vanilla versions will reappear, so there's that little annoyance...
