Disable a few mods at a time and run the game until you find the culprit

try running it in windowed-borderless mode, you set this up by running launcher then click options or by editing the "Fallout4Prefs.ini" 
bMaximizeWindow=0
bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=0

this wont fix your problem but at least you be able to alt-tab out of it
