Are There Civil War Aftermath/Lose Condition Mods?

I've not played it yet personally, but I have researched it. And, to my memory, I don't remember if there's any real aftermath to the Civil War other than "Imperial/Imperial-aligned Guardsmen are replaced with Stormcloak/Stormcloak-aligned Guardsmen". And with how Skyrim is a "Chosen One" game, I don't believe there's any way for the PC to actually lose the war.

 

Are there any mods that provide an aftermath/epilogue quest (maybe people in the conquered cities get rowdy and need to be suppressed) or even a "losing side" questline? And, on top of that, are there any mods that smut-ify such scenarios? If not, why? That seems like an obvious thing to add.

I think troubles of heroine have something along those lines. It has a lot of smutified sub quest lines for most of the factions. Not sure how well they run alongside it though.
