[Mod Request] Adamant Enchantment Tweak

Would it be possible for someone to make a mod that alters the twin souls perk to freely allow three enchantments instead of a one time two enchantment. Please and thanks!

Twin Secrets you mean? It's not a "one time 2 enchants perk". It's 2 effects per item forever, just like vanilla you need to enchant a new item and add the 2 effects at the same time without leaving the enchanter table.

 

Increasing it to 3 should be relatively easy (likely the float value for the perk record). There's already a mod for that (1st file is for Adamant, I'd check things in xEdit to confirm it's compatible with the latest version, or check which record is being edited and the do it yourself). Doing so will likely make things easier, especially if you use any enchanting overhaul with new or better effects. But you do you.
