Unable to start animations with Serana

Hi,

 

I have Skyrim LE steam version using Mod Organiser 2

and I've run into an issue where Spells and Animation form Sexlab, MassMatchMaker, Being Female are not working on Serana. The spell just go throgh her without selecting her. No Animation either. For rest of npc it is working properly except for Serana

 

I tried all the method of enable and disabling, recycling actor, removing from all factions but nothing seems to work even tried a clean save still no luck.

 

One thing though when I'm using player.placeatme command to place another version of Serana then sexlab animations and spells are working properly on that version of her.

Cant seem to understand the issue, attaching my modlist. Thanks in advance!!
