Missing Mystery Mesh

I just have no idea what's missing here-- it may very well have nothing to do with any mod from this site.  But, since these are the only mods that have ever given me the big missing mesh symbol in the past, I thought I'd just try a stab in the dark.

 

Roughly 47% of the way between Ranger Station Bravo and the Bitter Springs Recreation Area, I came across one of those white "!"  inside the red or orange (I'm color-blind) diamond symbols sticking out of the ground in front of a piece of fence with a "Private Property;  Keep Out," sign attached to it that's lying against a rock face. 

 

I can easily just go along on my merry way; I was just curious if anyone else on the board knew what this was supposed to be (even if it was not from anything having to do with one of these mods) and, if so, where to get the missing mesh. 

 

For what it's worth, "A World of Pain" and "Project Nevada" are the other two major mods I run (the others purely just change game behavior); but, I've never had any mesh issues with them.

 

* I figured out that if I go right up to it and click inside the orange/red mass, the game gives me a kind of dummy dialog, "Talk Abomination."  But, I can't actually talk to it.

There is something added by some sexout mod in that part of the map; I have encountered it too exactly as you describe. I think there is an inaccessable cave beside it.

 

I think the mod that adds it is sexout Breeder (whats your load order?), and perhaps it is part of some unfinished content. User29 will be able to say for sure.
