You need a separate mod to unlock hidden lot types, like Zerbu's Hidden Venue List

I have the most current Basemental List. I use Zerbu's list instead?

Cool. Thanks.  Though I got it working with Basemental's list and the add on of zerbu's. For anyone else who may have similar issues.
