special edition [SE] Lalafell / FFXIV Race Mod with male support?

Title, I'm hyperfixating again. Obviously SFW even if I have no moral opposition to NSFW lalafell since they're adults. Would be fun to play as a Vampire Lalafell, but I have ZERO clue what to do in order to make that happen. Ideally they'd be Himbo and CBBE compatible, optionally with custom bodytype support. Not super picky, so long as it happens or had happened; also Ok with Viera, Au'ra, or Miqo if anyone's got an idea. If it exists but for LE only, if someone could point me to a SE upgrade guide that'd be a banger.
